No official statewide NJ library-lending program for the NJ State Park Pass was found on NJDEP's Division of Parks & Forestry site. NJ county library systems (Burlington, Camden, Sussex, Passaic, Hunterdon, etc.) run museum-pass programs for other attractions/museums, but not for the state park entry pass itself.
