Free Museum Days in San Diego

Updated 2026-09-04 · Free · No sign-up

3 San Diego institutions with verified free admission. San Diego runs one of the country's most unusual programs: Balboa Park Residents Free Days, where a different cluster of park museums is free each Tuesday of the month for City and County of San Diego residents (and active-duty military). The trick is matching the museum you want to its specific Tuesday.
